Vincent Gaudry is kind of a big deal in the biodynamic wine world, and this is his newer project from vineyards sitting high up just outside the official Sancerre zone. Expect bright lemon and citrus flavors mixed with that flinty, mineral quality, but then it surprises you with a fuller, almost creamy mouthfeel. It's crisp and refreshing with great acidity—awesome with oysters, grilled fish, or roasted chicken. Bottom line: this wine is delicious, elegant, and punches way above its price point.
