Vix Bara offers utterly classic blanc de blanc at a brilliant quality to price ratio!
The wine was disgorged in October of 2023 and finished with an Extra Brut level of dosage of four grams per liter. It offers up a lovely young nose of pear, apple, raw almond, chalky minerality, bread dough and white flowers. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, focused and nascently complex, with a fine core of fruit, excellent mineral undertow, a fine spine of acidity, frothy mousse and a long, well balanced and still quite youthful finish.
